Shipping, Returns & Pre-Orders
Shipping time starts when the order is dropped off at the USPS location; not when order is placed online. Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days of being placed. During new releases and promotions, we may receive higher sales volume, so will work diligently to process orders in a timely manner. Please expect a longer shipping time during these times.
Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight. If you are shipping overseas, your country's customs department may contact you about a duty tax required for your package. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for your country's imposed duty tax. We have no control over that tax, as it is country specific. We highly recommend checking with your country's import laws before ordering.
Pre-Ordered items guarantee that you will receive your item(s) on or before the release date of the item(s). Pre-Ordered items ARE NOT available to ship at time of checkout. Please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks to ship. Shipping delays can occur based on production delays. Once pre-orders have shipped, you will be notified via email with a USPS tracking number. If you are in need of item(s) by a specific date, pre-ordering is not recommended.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on clothing within 14 day of delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Please allow 1-3 business days after processing time for your refund to be reflected on your bank account or original form of payment.
